Am taiat panettone in 3 felii si le-am umplut cu o crema de portocale.
Crema de portocale
50 gr unt
1 galbenus
praf de sare
2 lingurite suc de lamaie
50 grame suc de portocale
coaja rasa de lamaie si portocala
zahar - dupa gust (eu mereu aleg un pic mai putin dulce)

Amestecati bine si energic crema pana obtineti un amestec cremos si intindeti pe feliile taiate de panettone.
La final am topit o tableta de ciocolata alba si am imbracat tortuletul. Am ornat tortul cu bucatele de ciocolata si coaja de portocala scoase dintr-un sirop de portocale home-made.
