un tort fin, delicios.
avem nevoie de piscoturi,o conserva compot de ananas,siropul de ananas,fructe ptr deco,500 gr.mascarpone,500 gr.branza fina quark, 500 ml.frisca batuta cu intaritor,2 plicuri zahar vanilat,100 gr.zahar pudra si un plic gelatina praf ptr creme.

frisca se bate cu intaritor si se adauga peste crema mascarpone si branza,se adauga zahar si zaharul vanilat si fructele din doza.

piscoturile se inmoaie putin in zeama de la compot si se aseaza pe peretii vasului in care pregatim tortul.
