800 ml lapte
200 g zahar
4 plicuri de vanilie sau 1 plic de zahar vanilat bourbon
1/2 fiola vanilie
un praf de sare

intr-o cratita potrivita, punem la topit 200 gr. de zahar...si amestecam din cand in cand cu o ligura de lemn...

aveti grija cand faceti manevra asta...zaharul se topeste la temparaturi inalte...

merele se curata si se taie cubulete... eu le-am pus la microunde pt 5 min...pana s-au inmuiat putin si s-au curatat mult mult mai repede...faceti cum va vine bine :)
oulele se bat bine cu zaharul, zaharul vanilescu, aromele si sarea... apoi se toarna laptele...

se adauga merele cubulete peste compozitie...

se va rumeni usor deasupra si daca miscati cratita va tremura ca o gelatina :P
intre timp pregatim compozitia pt blat...
galbenusurile se mixeaza bine cu zaharul, sarea, aromele faina si uleiul...

blatul se toarna deasupra si se niveleaza... se da la cuptor din nou...pana se coace blatul...

se bate frisca lichida...se imbraca tortul in frisca...si se tine la frigider...
parerea mea este ca e mai bun dupa 2 zile... o sa va convingeti :)
