Nu e mare filosofie, dar e o mancarica buna, ti se topeste in gura. Musai cu muraturi alaturi! :)
Ingrediente:
- 2 cepe
- 400 g ceafa vitel
- 6 cartofi sapunari (rosii)
- 50 ml ulei
- sare, piper, boia dulce, tarhon uscat, chimen, patrunjel
- vin (fac.)
Calim ceapa toacata marunt, pana devine sticloasa, apoi adaugam carnea, taiata cubulete, mai calim 5 minute, si stingem cu o cana de apa fierbinte/vin si lasam la foc mic, pana carnea este bine patrunsa.

Cand carnea e moale, adaugam cartofii taiati sferturi, si condimentele, mai adaugam apa si lasam sa fiarba acoperit, tot la foc mic, pana sunt fierti cartofii.

la final presaram patrunjel, si servim cu muraturi si paine proaspata
