Ingrediente pentru 6 persoane
- 2 litri supa de pui/vita facuta in casa
- ½ litru apa
- 5 + 1 fire subtiri de praz, curatate
- 3 linguri amidon de porumb + 3 linguri apa rece
- 50 g unt
- Sare, piper dupa gust
Cum se face
- Taie 5 fire de praz in bucati de 2-3 cm si fierbe-le in ½ litru de apa
- Pune totul intr-un blender si fa-le un piure fin.
- Prazul ramas taie-l rondele foarte subtiri. Topeste untul intr-o tigaie si caleste prazul, pana ce devine moale si maroniu.
- Intr-o oala de 3 l pune supa si piureul din blender. Da un clocot.
- Amesteca amidonul cu apa rece ca sa se dizolve. Pune deasupra un polonic de supa ca sa-l diluezi. Toarna inapoi in supa. Da cateva clocote, ca sa ingroase putin supa.
- Potriveste de sare si piper. Inchide focul.
- Pune in oala continutul din tigaie. Amesteca usor.
- Serveste supa cu crutoane.

Ingredients for 6 people
- 2 liters chicken broth / beef homemade
- ½ liter water
- 5 + 1 thin leeks, cleaned
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch + 3 tablespoons cold water
- 50 g butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
How To
- Cut leeks into 2-3 cm pieces and boil them in ½ liter of water
- Put everything into a blender and make them a fine puree.
- Cut the reserved leek in very thin slices. Melt butter in a pan and cook the leeks until they become soft and brown.
- Pour in a pot the soup and the puree. Give a boil.
- Mix cornstarch with cold water to dissolve. Stack a ladle of soup to dilute it. Pour back into soup. Simmer a bit to thicken slightly.
- Add salt and pepper to taste. Close fire.
- Put in pot the contents of the pan. Mix easily.
- Serve soup with croutons.
