Supa De Mazare Si Alte Legume ~ Borso Leves

Ingrediente:
* jumatate de pahar de aspic si grasime ramase de la pui la cuptor, pastrate la congelator
* 1 punga mazare congelata (400 g)
* 1 punga legume congelate (450 g; mazare, fasole verde, conopia, morcovi)
* o mana de cozi de patrunjel si marar
* cateva frunze de leustean
* vegeta dupa gust
* paste pt supa: tarhana in cazul de fata.
Mod de preparare:
- am topit grasimea dupa care am adaugat legumele congelate.
- am pus 2,1 litri de apa (3 pahare de 700 ml).
- am adaugat frunzaraiele verzi si vreo doua linguri de vegeta.
- am lasat sa dea un clocot, apoi am pus tarhana si am mai lasat sa dea un clocot. dupa care am lasat pe foc minim sa mai fiarba aproximativ 20-30 de minute.
- la servire am pus un cub de patrunjel + marar (din alea congelate)
- ce nu s-a mancat, am pus in cutii si am bagat in congelator. ce bine o sa prinda o supa din asta in zilele cand vin de la servici obosita, infometata si fara chef de gatit.
