Daca iti place reteta prezentata da un like pe butonul din stanga

- 200 g zahar
- 2 lg apa
- 200 ml frisca lichida
- ¼ lgr sare
Intr-o craticioara punem 200 g zahar + 2 lg apa si caramelizam la foc mic, avand grija sa nu se arda, caci schimba gustul. Se ia de pe foc si se pune deoparte

pana incalzim frisca + sarea, doar pana ajunge la punctul de fierbere, dupa care turnam peste caramel. Mutam craticioara pe foc si amestecam pana la completa dizolvare a zaharului, apoi lasam la racit si turnam in borcan.
