Pt blat:
6 oua
1 priza de sare
120 gr zahar
4 linguri apa fierbinte
150 gr faina
1/2 plic praf de copt
Pt crema:
250 gr. crema mascarpone
200 ml frisca lichida
Incalziti cuptorul la 200 grade. Albusurile se bat spuma cu sare. Galbenusurile se bat cu zahar si 4 linguri de apa fierbinte, pana obtinem o crema. incorporam putin cate putin faina si spuma de albusuri.

in tava de aragaz asezam hartie de copt si adaugam aluatul pentru blat, netezim cu un cutit daca e nevoie si coacem cca. 20 de minute la 175 grade, foc mediu.
