Prajitura Cu Ciocolata Si Prune Uscate

Am vazut aceasta reteta in revista Bucataria pentru toti. Arata foarte bine prajitura, asa ca mi-am zis ca merita incercata. Eu nu am respectat cantitatile din reteta originala, insa prajitura a iesit foarte buna. Iata ce am folosit eu:
- 6 oua;
- 300g zahar;
- 250g faina;
- 200g ciocolata amaruie (eu am pus 100g cu lapte si 100g amaruie);
- 250g unt;
- 200g prune uscate;
- o fiola esenta de rom;
- un praf de sare;
- ceai alb.
Am pus prunele la inmuiat in ceai alb timp de 2 ore, dupa care le-am scos si le-am lasat sa se scurga bine.

Ciocolata am topit-o, apoi am lasat-o putin sa se raceasca.

Cele 6 oua le-am separat si am batut albusurile spuma cu un praf de sare, apoi am adaugat treptat 5 linguri de zahar.

Separat, am frecat bine untul cu restul de zahar, apoi am adaugat treptat cate un galbenus.

Cand am terminat de adaugat galbenusurile, am incorporat si ciocolata topita si racita.

Am adaugat treptat faina, apoi albusurile batute spuma.

La sfarsit am pus si prunele taiate cubulete si am amestecat usor.

Am turnat compozitia intr-o tava tapetata cu unt si faina.

Eu nu am amestecat chiar toate prunele in compozitie, am pastrat cateva si de pus pe deasupra.

Am copt prajitura la 180 grade, aproximativ 40 de minute.

Am lasat-o sa se raceasca bine, apoi am servit-o pudrata cu zahar.
