Reteta originala am luat-o de la Cali am umblat putin la ea ca sa o fac pe gustul meu.

100 gr ciocolata amaruie topita

50 gr de praf de budinca de ciocolata
4 oua
100 gr ciocolata amaruie topita
Pentru glazura
300 ml smantana dulce
1 praf de sare
100 gr unt

Se preincalzeste cuptorul la 180° C., galbenusurile si zaharul se bat bine intr-un castron aproximativ 5 minute, pana cand devin spumoase. Se toarna ciocolata lichida, in galbenusul batut cu zahar.

Apoi blatul se insiropeaza putin cu 3 - 4 linguri de suc de pere si peste el se aseaza jumatati de pere cu partea taiata in jos pe blatul copt, si visine din compot pe care le tinem 24 de ore in lichior.

Pentru glazura fierbem smantana si ciocolata rupta in bucati si amestecam pana se ingroase, adaugam peste prajitura racita. Putem pudra cu fulgi de ciocolata.
