Porc Mexican

Carnea de porc preparata in stil mexican este delicioasa FOC. Aceasta mancare este recomandata iubitorilor de senzatii culinare “tari “.
Ce iti trebuie pentru 4 portii (poza 1)
- o bucata muschi de porc (600 gr)
- 300 gr de porumb fiert
- 300 gr de fasole roșie
- un ardei gras roșu și unul galben
- 2-3 rosii
- chilli, boia iute
-sare, piper
Plan de lucru:
- taiem carnea de porc in bucati mici, iar ardeiul gras cubulete; rosiile decojite se toaca cubulete (poza 2)
- intr-un wok, calim carnea de porc (poza 3). Cand s-a rumenit, adaugam ardeiul gras (poza 4). Dupa 5 minute adaugam rosiile tocate (poza 5).
- Lasam sa fiarba la foc mic aproximativ 15 minute, iar apoi adaugam fasolea și porumbul, chilli tocat marunt, sare, piper, boia dupa gust (pozele 6 si 7).
- mai lasam pe foc maxim 15 minute si gata mancarea mexicana (poza 8 ).
Putem servi cu tortilla! (poza 9).
- pofta buna! (poza 10)
Timp de preparare: 40 de minute
Pret: 7 lei/portie (poate varia in functie de locul de unde luati ingredientele)
