apoi la final se adauga faina...

fursecurile sa fie de 2-3 cm in diametru...tava am acoprit-o cu hartie de copt desi nu e neaparat necesar- se desprind foarte usor!
lasati la cuptor 10-12 min.

Crema ganache de ciocolata cu lapte:
300 gr. ciocolata
300 ml frisca lichida
eu am facut cremele cu jumatatate din cantitati...ca sa obtin fursecuri asortate!
cantitatile initiale sunt pt o 'tura' de fursecuri!

ciocolata rupta bucati...se adauga peste frisca lichida si se amesteca, cu ajutorul unui tel pana se incorporeaza bine...

a doua zi se mixeaza bine...si se spriteaza...
la fel procedam si cu crema ganache de ciocolata cu lapte...
