Placinta Cu Branza Si Marar (phyllo Rolls With Cheeses And Dill)

Am facut aceasta placinta cu branza, cascaval si marar, pentru ca am gasit uitat prin sertarele de la congelator un pachet cu foi de placinta. Trebuia neaparat sa fac loc pentru dovlecei, fasole si alte minunatii varatice, asa ca asta a fost cina noastra de ieri:
Ingrediente pentru 5 persoane:

  • 1 pachet foi de placinta (dezghetate)
  • 200 g cascaval
  • 200 g branza sarata
  • 3 oua
  • 100 ml lapte
  • 1 legatura marar
  • 5 linguri ulei de masline
  • susan alb si negru, pentru presarat


Mod de preparare:

  • Incalzeste cuptorul la 180 C. Unge cu putin ulei o tava rotunda.
  • Taie branza si cascavalul in bucati mai mici.
  • Toaca marunt mararul
  • Pune intr-un blender vertical sau un robot de bucatarie cu cutit: branza, cascavalul, ouale si 1/2 din lapte. Amesteca pana cand branzeturile sunt sfaramate bine. Daca amestecul este prea uscat, mai adauga din lapte. Pune mararul si amesteca.
  • Desfa foile de placinta si pune 1-2 linguri de umplutura pe una. Stropeste cu putin ulei. Ruleaza foaia de placinta, apoi formeaza un melc si pune-l in centrul  tavii.
  • Formeaza rulouri umplute din celelalte foi de placinta si pune-le in spirala, una in continuarea celeilalte. Stropeste placinta cu branza cu ulei si presara susan.
  • Coace 20- 30 de minute, la 180 C
  • Placinta cu branza se serveste calduta.

 


English version
Yesterday I really needed to make room in my freezer for the zucchini, green beans and other wonderful summer vegetables, so this was our yesterday dinner (among other things I found a package of phyllo sheets):

Ingredients for 5 persons:
  • 1 package phyllo sheets (defrosted if frozen)
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 200 g salty cow cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 cup dill
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • black and white sesame seeds, to sprinkle on top
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180 C. Grease a round pan with a little oil.
Cut cheeses into small pieces. Finely chop the dill
In a food processor put: cheeses, eggs and half milk. Stir until cheeses are well crushed. If mixture is too dry, add more milk. Put dill and mix.
Put 1-2 tablespoons of filling on a phyllo sheet (if it is very thin, you can use 2 at once). Sprinkle with a little oil. Roll the sheet, then form a spiral and put it in the center of the pan.
Fill the other sheets of pie and form rolls. Put them in a spiral, one continuing the other. Sprinkle the pie with oil and sesame seeds.
Bake 20-30 minutes at 180 C. Serve it warm.
