Pizza Cu Creveti Si Sparanghel (shrimp And Asparagus Pizza)

O pizza foarte fina si alba, adica fara pasta de tomate.
Ingrediente pentru 2- 3 persoane
Pentru blat:
- 400 g faina 650
- 15 g drojdie proaspata
- 1 lingurita sare
- 1 cana ( 250 ml) apa calduta
- 1/2 lingurita zahar
- 3 linguri ulei de masline
Pentru topping
- 250 g creveti curatati
- 150 g bacon, taiat fasii subtiri
- 3- 4 catei de usturoi, taiati feliute subtiri
- 1/2 ardei iute uscat (sau dupa gust) taiat feliute
- 2 linguri ulei de masline
- 250 g mozzarella, taiata bucati
- cateva varfuri de sparanghel oparite in apa (eu am avut in congelator de asta primavara)
- piper dupa gust
Cum se face
- Ca sa faci aluatul, amesteca drojdia si zaharul in apa calduta cam 10 minute. Cerne faina cu sarea si amestec-o cu drojdia si uleiul. Framanata pana ce rezulta o coca elastica si care nu se mai lipeste de maini. Pune intr-un castron, acopera cu un prosop de bucatarie si lasa 1 ora sa creasca intr-un loc ferit de curent.. Dupa acest timp scoate coca din castron si framant-o din nou, ca sa scoti tot aerul din ea. Intinde pizza in forma dorita (cel mai bine e cu mana, dar poti folosi si sucitorul) si nu foarte groasa (cam 1 cm). Pune-o in tava de la aragaz, pe care ai imprastiat putin malai sau gris.
- In timp ce aluatul creste, pregateste toppingul. Incalzeste uleiul intr-o tigaie. Adauga usturoiul si ardeiul iute si lasa 2-3 minute la foc mediu, ca sa aromatizeze uleiul.
- Pune baconul si amesteca, pana ce acesta se caramelizeaza.
- Adauga crevetii si lasa cam 1 minut pe fiecare parte. Nu trebuie sa fie gatiti total, ci doar sa capete o usoara culoare rozalie. Oricum o sa se gatesca in cuptor.
- Pe blatul intins in tava imprastie uniform mozzarella. Pune crevetii din loc in loc. Imprastie si baconul. Toarna uniform si uleiul din tigaie.
- Imprastie si sparanghelul
- Pune in cuptorul incalzit foarte bine si coace la foc mare 15 - 20 minute.
- Se serveste calda, presarata cu piper proaspat rasnit

* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 cup (250 ml) lukewarm water
* 1 / 2 teaspoon sugar
* 3 tablespoons olive oil

* 250 g peeled and devained shrimp
* 150 g bacon, cut into thin strips
* 3-4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
* 1 / 2 dried chili pepper (or to taste) sliced
* 2 tablespoons olive oil
* 250 g mozzarella cheese, diced
* A few asparagus tips (I had in freezer from spring production)
* Black pepper to taste
How To
* To make dough, mix yeast and sugar in warm water for about 10 minutes. Sift flour with salt and add the yeast mixture and oil. Knead until the dough is elastic and no longer sticks to hands. Put in a bowl, cover with a kitchen towel and let rise one hour in a place away from the current . After this time remove the dough from the bowl and knead it again,but gently, to remove all air. Spread the dough as desired (it's best by hand, but you can also use a rolling pin) and not very thick (about 1 cm). Put the dough in a tray, sprinkled with flour.
* While dough rises, prepare topping. Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic and chilli and leave them on medium heat 2-3 minutes, to flavored oil.
* Put the bacon and stir until it is roasted.
* Add the shrimp and leave about 1 minute on each side. They don't have to be total cook, but only to gain a slight pinkish color. Anyway they will cook in the oven.
* Over the dough in pan spread mozzarella. Put shrimps from place to place. Spread bacon. Pour oil in pan evenly.
* Spread asparagus
* Put in well-heated oven and bake at high heat 15 to 20 minutes.
* Serve hot, sprinkled with fresh pepper grinder
