Pentru o masa rapida si gustoasa va recomand aceste pateuri cu ciuperci si carne.
Am folosit:
Am folosit:
- 1 aluat de foietaj (800 gr), 250 gr carne tocata porc + vita, 5 ciuperci, 1 ceapa, patrunjel, condiment pt carne, 2 linguri de sos de rosii, oregano, sare.
Am pregatit intai umplutura din 300 gr de carne pe care am calit-o impreuna cu ciupercile maruntite in robot, ceapa, condimentele, sosul de rosii, patrunjelul si oregano. Am adaugat sare dupa gust si am lasat-o pe foc aproximativ 10 minute amestecand sa nu se prinda de tigaie.
Am decongelat aluatul apoi l-am intins pe masa si l-am taiat in patratele.
Pe fiecare patratel am pus umplutura in mijloc apoi am format pateurile (fie "triunghiuri", fie "carticele").
Le-am pus in tava pe hartie de copt si am lasat in cuptor aproximativ 10 minute.
Am servit cu salata de varza si vin alb.
