Daca iti place reteta prezentata da un like pe butonul din stanga
imi place pasca dar nu stiu cum de fiecare data mananc branza si ramane aluatul de cozonac...decat asa mai bine o pasca numai din branza... ideal :D

800 gr. branza de vaci
5 oua
200 ml smantana
12 linguri de zahar
5 linguri de faina
1 plic, chiar si 2 de praf budinca instant daca branza este prea moale ( budinca se poate inlocui cu amidon)
1 lingurita praf de copt stins cu lamaie
coaja de lamaie rasa
esente - eu am pus si rom
zahar vanilat
100 gr stafide sau mai mult

se da la cuptorul bine incins in prealabil...se lasa 60-70 de min depinde de cuptor...

precizari: cand o scoateti din cuptor va fi la mijloc mai moale...asa trebuie sa fie...cand se raceste se intareste uniform. cand se raceste puteti sa o taiati.
