Avem nevoie de:
1/2 piept de pui
1 ou
2 linguri smantana
2 linguri pline cu amidon
1 varf de cutit cu bicarbonat
1/2 lingurita nucsoara
1/2 lingurita boia de ardei
sare si piper
Pieptul de pui il taiem cubulete.
Oul il batem bine impreuna cu condimentele.

Adaugam smantana si amidonul.

In acest amestec punem cubuletele de carne si omogenizam. Lasam putin la frigider,10-15 minute.

Din acest amestec se ia cate o lingura si se pune in tigaia cu ulei bine incins.Se prajesc pe ambele parti si se scot pe hartie absorbanta.

Se servesc calde,cu garnitura preferata.
