Paine neagra de casa
Ingrediente:
350 gr faina neagra
350 gr faina din secara
500 ml apa
1 lingurita de sare
1 lingurita de zahar
25 gr drojdie proaspata

70-100 ml ulei de masline
Mod de preparare:
Se framanta un aluat din faina, apa, sare, zahar, drojdie, uleiul si apa calduta. Adaugam cateva seminte si framantam. Lasam la dospit 1 ora. Se unge cu ou batut, se presara seminte deasupra si se da la cuptor circa 1 ora.
