...pline de rom si stafide, sint pur si simplu irezistibile, cum bine zice revista :P
Cu ciocolata Toblerone ne-am intalnit acum foooarte multi ani, cand am pus pentru prima oara piciorul intr-o tara straina...si inca unde, chiar in Maroc :)
Iubesc Marocul, asa ca va imaginati cat de mult ador aceste mici triunghiuri pline cu miere, migdale si nugat!!!
Ingrediente pentru cca. 20-25 de bucati
- 50 g. stafide
- 2-3 linguri rom
- 50 g. unt
- 200 g. ciocolata Toblerone
- 2 oua
- 100 g. zahar
- 1 lingurita scortisoara
- 50 g. nuci, macinate
- 75 g. faina
- 300 g. ciocolata de lapte/amaruie
Puneti stafidele la inmuiat in rom, timp de 1, 2 ore (sau toata noaptea, cum am facut eu :P)

Preincalziti cuptorul la semnul4/180 grade C. Topiti untul intr-un vas, adaugati ciocolata rupta bucati si lasati-o sa se topeasca. Dati vasul deoparte.

Frecati ouale cu zaharul si scortisoara pana cand amestecul devine cremos:

Adaugati amestecul de ciocolata si omogenizati compozitia:

Adaugati nucile macinate, faina cernuta si stafidele; ungeti si tapetati cu hartie pergament o tava de copt de 20x20 cm. Turnati compozitia si neteziti suprafata:

Dati la cuptor timp de 25 de minute:

Scoateti din tava si indepartati hartia:

Taiati prajitura in 20-25 de patrate:

Topiti ciocolata si inmuiati fiecare negresa in ea...sau turnati (cat puteti de uniform) deasupra fiecarui patrat, asa cum fac eu mereu :))

Mutati negresele pe un platou:

Eu n-am mai ajuns sa le fac si carlionti de ciocolata :))
...dar in final mi-a placut si mai mult look-ul lor final...simplu si stralucitor!!! ;)
