INGREDIENTE:
-5 oua
-200g zahar
-200g unt topit,dar nu fierbinte
-120ml lapte
-250g faina
-un pliculet praf de copt
-doua linguri cacao
-3 banane
-esenta rom
Galbenusurile se mixeaza cu zaharul,se adauga untul topit,cate putin ca la maioneza,se adauga laptele si faina amestecata cu cacao si praful de copt.

Albusurile se bat spuma cu un praf de sare si se adauga peste prima compozitie,amestecand usor cu spatula.Se adauga si esenta.

Compozitia se pune in tava unsa si tapetata cu faina.Deasupra se presara cubulete de banana.

Se coace in cuptorul incalzit in prealabil,la foc mediu(180grade),aprox.30 minute.
