Lahmachun

La paşa vine un arab.
„Arabule, tu eşti nebun? -
Spuse paşa – mă deranjezi
Când mănânc lahmachun?!”
Pt aluat:
- 450 gr faina
- 1 pliculet de drojdie uscata
- 1 praf sare
- 280 ml apa calduta
- 2 linguri ulei
Pt umplutura:
- 500 gr carne tocata vita
- 3 rosii decojite si tocate marunt
- 1 legatura patrunjel tocat marunt
- 2 cepe medii tocate marunt
- 1 ardei iute tocat marunt
- condimente ( sare, piper )
- ulei pt calit
Plan de lucru:
- facem mai intai coca (amestecam toate ingredientele intr-un bol) (poza 2). O lasam la dospit la caldura aproximativ 1 ora (poza 3)
- Intre timp calim ceapa (poza 4), adaugam rosiile, patrunjelelul, ardeiul iute (poza 5).
-Dupa circa 5 minute, adaugam carnea tocata (poza 7). Condimentam apoi lasam pe foc circa 15 minute. Lasam sa se raceasca.
- coca crescuta (poza 8 ) o impartim in patru (poza 9).
-Intindem fiecare portie de aluat intr-o foaie de 2 mm (poza 10).
-Intindem deasupra foii un sfert din compozitia de carne (poza 11). Plasam intr-o tava tapetata cu foaie de copt
- Coacem in cuptorul preincalzit la 200 grade pentru 10 minute.(poza 12).
- Nu trebuie sa stea prea mult la cuptor pentru ca se crocantzeste
- Rulam cat sunt calde (poza 13).
- Se pot servi calde , reci sau reincalzite. Pentru ele am facut un sos din rosii decojite si tocate cubulete, ceapa, sare, curry, ardei iute si o lingurita de zahar. Lasati compozitia sa fiarba aproximativ 5 minute.
- pofta buna! (poza 14)
