4 lingurite amidon
2 galbenusuri
6 linguri zahar farin
2 linguri lapte
150 gr unt
faina cat cuprinde
esenta vanilie
Untul trebuie sa fie la temperatura camerei ,se amesteca toate ingredientele .Se formeaza o coca mai elastica si mai moale ,se da la rece o ora .Se intinde o foaie subtire si cu o forma decupam inimioarele.Se coc la 160-170 grade ,se orneza dupa preferinte.
Din aceeasi coca eu am facut si cu cacao ,am pus 2 lingurite cacao.
