Concentrat De Fructe Uscate

Daca iti place reteta prezentata da un like pe butonul din stanga

...sau altfel spus: prima demonstratie din seria "Un Craciun cu premeditare" :P
Deliciosul si aromatul concentrat va intra in compozitia a cel putin doua retete, niste tarte deosebite si un strudel cu nuca, pe care am sa vi le arat, sper eu, cat de curand :))
E o reteta extrem de usor de preparat, tot ce trebuie sa faceti, veti vedea, este sa amestecati frumos toate ingredientele si sa umpleti niste borcane :P
Ingrediente pentru 4 borcane de 700 g.
- 450 g. mere rase (cretesti ar fi ideal)
- 15o g. alune, nuci si fistic
- sucul de la 2 lamai
- 125 g. coaja tocata de lamaie si portocala
- 325 g. stafide
- 325 g. caise deshidratate
- 150 g. cirese din dulceata
- 225 g. margarina
- 450 g. zahar
- 1/2 lingurita cuisoare macinate
- 1/2 lingurita scortisoara
- 1/2 lingurita praf de ghimbir
- 1/2 lingurita de nucsoara
- 150 ml. rom sau coniac
"Rasfirati" pe masa de lucru toate ingredientele si pregatiti un castron incapator :)
Radeti merele si stropiti-le imediat cu suc stors dintr-o lamaie.
Tocati (cu cutitul) nucile:

Amestecati-le cu merele rase:

Tocati caisele deshidratate:

...si asezati-le peste compozitia de mere si nuci:

Adaugati stafidele:

...si amestecati bine:

Adaugati suc de lamaie si coaja rasa a citricelor...si romul ori coniacul:

Adaugati condimentele, pe care eu le-am inlocuit cu succes as zice, hi, hi...cu un pliculet special cu condimente de la Kotanyi, pentru vin fiert :P ...pe care l-am primit alaturi de alte cadouri

Adaugati zaharul:

Odihniti-va un pic mana :P ...si incepeti din nou sa tocati, de data asta alunele si fisticul:

Puneti si ciresele din dulceata:

Adaugati margarina, lasata in prealabil la temperatura camerei si amestecati totul bine:

Acoperiti si puneti la frigider peste noapte:

Turnati concentratul in borcane curate si uscate:

Sigilati si etichetati, mai ales daca doriti sa le oferiti cadou :)
Pastrati intr-un loc uscat si racoros timp de maximum 2 luni.
Portia noastra de pofta :))
...de pofta de privit... si de degustat putin :P
Foarte aromat si dulce si minunat concentratul asta, ne-a umplut casa cu aromele iernii...

P.S. Pentru o varianta mai ieftina puteti amesteca coaja rasa de la 1 portocala cu 1 mar acrisor, curatat de coaja, ras si 2 linguri de coniac.
