Chec in doua culori
Ingrediente:
5 oua
150 gr unt
150 gr zahar
250 gr faina
4 linguri de lapte
1 plic praf de copt
Zahar vanilat
2 linguri de cacao
Mod de preparare:
Se amesteca intr-un bol mare ouale cu zaharul, untul topit si laptele. Adaugam apoi faina amestecata cu praful de copt si zaharul vanilat. Punem ½ din compozitie in tava iar cealalta jumatate o amestecam cu cacaoa cernuta. Punem si compozitia cu cacao deasupra si amestecam cu un betisor. Se da la cuptorul incalzit pentru 30-40 de minute in functie de cuptor.
