Cred ca ati observat ca in ultima vreme am postat numai retete no meat. Asta nu pentru ca am devenit vegetariana, ci pentru ca incerc sa pregatesc masa cat mai rapid. Doar sunt in vacanta si am o groaza de carti de citit si o multime de filme de recuperat :D
Prin urmare, inca una: se pregateste in 10 minute, dupa care o uiti in cuptor vreo jumatate de ora, si gata masa de pranz!
Ingrediente pentru 4 persoane:
- 1 kg cartofi, curatati de coaja
- 10-15 catei de usturoi, taiati in jumatati
- 3 linguri ulei de masline
- 100 ml apa
- cateva frunze de oregano (sau ce planta verde gasiti prin frigider)
- sare, piper, boia de ardei dulce- dupa gust
Mod de preparare:
- Taie cartofii cubulete potrivite ca marime. Pune- intr-o tava si imprastie cateii de usturoi. Stropeste-i cu ulei, apoi presara sarea, piperul si boiaua.
- Cu mainile amesteca bine, ca sa intre condimentele peste tot. Presara cateva frunze de oregano
- Toarna apa uniform in tava si pune-o in cuptorul incalzit la 180 C. Lasa-i acolo pret de vreo juma' de ora, sau pana ce se inmoaie si capata o culoare aurie. Serveste-i alaturi de o salata de sfecla rosie, sau orice salata iti place.

Ingredients for 4 people:
- 1 kg (2.2 pounds) potatoes, peeled
- 10-15 cloves garlic, cut in half
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 100 ml (1/2 cup) water
- few leaves of oregano (or any green plant found in your fridge)
- salt, pepper, sweet paprika, to taste
Preparation:
Cut potatoes into cubes of medium size. Put them in a pan and add the garlic cloves. Drizzle them with oil, then sprinkle salt, pepper and paprika.
Mix well with hands, so the spices to enter everywhere. Sprinkle some oregano leaves.
Pour water over the potatoes and put the pan into the heated oven (to 180 C). Leave them there for about half hour, or until it softens and gets a golden color. Serve them with a beetroot salad, or any salad you like.
