Cannelloni Cu Spanac

Spanacul este la moda in aceste zile.
Ce iti trebuie (poza 1):
- 800 gr spanac (am folosit congelat)
- 1 pachet cannelloni (am folosit 22 tuburi Panzani)
- 3 oua
- 300 grame branza dulce
- 100 grame cascaval ras
- 50 grame parmezan
- 1 lingura pasta de rosii
Pt sosul bechamel:
- 50 gr unt
- 1 lingura de faina
- 300 ml lapte
- sare, piper
Plan de lucru:
- calim spanacul congelat (poza 2) si il lasam pe foc pana se inmoaie. Condimentam dupa gust (poza 3). Intr-un bol in care am pus branza dulce (poza 4), adaugam si spanacul scurs bine si cele 3 oua (poza 5).
-se umple fiecare tub de cannelloni cu aceasta compozitie, apoi le asezam intr-un vas uns cu unt (poza 6).
-intre timp preparam sosul bechamel. Punem untul la topit (poza 7), adaugam faina si amestecam bine cu telul circa un 1 minut. Apoi adaugam laptele treptat, dar continuam sa amestecam cu telul, pana obtinem sosul dorit. Presaram sare, piper alb (poza 8 ). Adaugam acest sos peste cannelloni (poza 8), apoi acoperim cu parmezan si cascavalul razuit (poza 10). Diluam si pasta de rosii in putina apa, apoi turnam printre cannelloni (poza 11)
- lasam la cuptor aproximativ 25 minute, pana se rumenesc pe deasupra (poza 12)
- pofta buna!
Timp de preparare: 40 minute
Pret : 1.5 ron /bucata (pretul depinde de locul de unde cumparati ingredientele si de inflatie)
