Avem nevoie de:
* 3 cartofi
* 50 g telemea
* 50 g cascaval
* 50 g unt
* 1 ou
* 1 lingura patrunjel uscat
* sare si piper
* 2 linguri susan
* 50 g pesmet
Cartofii ii fierbem in coaja in apa cu sare.
Dupa ce-au fiert ii curatam si ii pasam. Adaugam untul, telemeaua si cascavalul rase,

oul si patrunjelul.

Potrivim gustul de sare si piper.
Intr-un vas separat amestecam susanul cu pesmetul, in care vom tavali bulgarsii din cartifi, formati cu mainile umede.
Ii asezam intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt

si dam la cuptor, la foc mediu, pana se rumenesc putin deasupra.
