Ingrediente :
500 gr varza proaspata
1 varza murata de 2kg
1 kg carne de porc cu os
1 ceapa mare taiata bucati mari
2 morcovi taiat rondele
~1 lingura de piper negru boabe
3 frunze de dafin
5 linguri bulion de rosii, dar sa nu fie sarat
apa cat sa cuprinda continutul ceaunului

Mod de preparare :
Se taie in patratele varza si se amesteca cu legumele si mirodeniile se pune intr-un ceaun mare si se alterneaza pe straturi cu carnea.
Intr-o oala se diluiaza bulionul in 1,7 litri de apa si se toarna peste varza inceaun, se fierbe la foc foarte mic timp de 4 ore.
Se serveste fierbinte cu un paharel de tuica :)) la dorinta !
