Biscotti ciocolatosi
Ingrediente:
150 g unt moale
150 g zahar tos, brun
2 oua
200 g faina
1 lingura cacao
¾ lingurita praf de copt
140 g ciocolata amaruie tocata marunt
Esenta de rom
Mod de preparare:
Untul la temperature camerei se freaca cu zaharul apoi se adauga ouale pe rand si se freaca dupa fiecare. Adaugam esenta si faina care a fost amestecata cu praful de copt si cacaoa. Punem si ciocolata si invelim compozitia in folie alimentara dupa care dam 2 ore la frigider. Formam bilute si le punem la copt. Sunt fragede, crocante si delicioase.
