Ingrediente pentru 5 ardei
300-400 g carne tocata
160 g ciuperci
120 g rosii decojite
1 ceapa
un catel de usturoi
condimente
marar
Pentru sos
2 linguri de smantana cu varf
1 lingura faina de naut(pentru a fi montignac dar o puteti inlocui cu orice faina vreti daca nu sunteti adeptii reg monti)
juma de ceapa
1 catel de usturoi
4 linguri apa
1 lingura bulion
foaie de dafin, sare piper
marar
Mod de preparare
Ceapa o taiem marunt, o calim putin, luam de pe foc

Ardeii ii spalam ii curatam, ii pregatim:Dii umplem si ii punem la fiert:)

Dupa ce s-au fiert ardeii pregatim sosul
Taiem ceapa, calim impreuna cu usturoiul
Smantana o amestecam cu faina si amestecam cu ceapa, adaugam bulionul, apa, foaia de dafin condimentele si lasam putin pe foc iar spre final mararul!

..aceasta reteta este buna atat pentru faza 1 a regimului montignac cat si pentru faza 2..
