condimente : sare,piper,busuioc,oregano
Gogosarii se taie in doua,se curata,se aseaza intr-un vas yena,se stropesc cu ulei de masline si se dau la cuptor pentru copt aproximativ 30 de min
ceapa cu costita se pun la prajit in ulei de masline,se adauga apoi ciupercile taiate marunt,branza taiata cubulete, condimentele,quarkul,cu aceasta umplutura se umple jumatatile de gogosari copti,se pun verdeturile si se mai dau la cuptor ptr aprox.30 de min,se servesc atat calzi cat si reci,eu am servit cu chiftele de dovlecei cu rozmarin.
